I've been taking pictures for fun all my life on point and shoots and cell phones. I didn't get my first professional camera until 2017. My husband overheard me make one little comment..."I wish I was an actual photographer", and surprised me with my very first DSLR for Christmas. (seriously, what a great guy). I immediately started offering free shoots to friends and family for practice and decided I wanted to actually make photography my livelihood (documenting life through creativity became an absolute passion). I started (and by started I mean I worked my ASS off) Ash Bilo Photography in the middle of 2018 and have been overwhelmed with the amount of support and business I've received from strangers and friends alike. Hard work pays off guys....hard work pays off.
Unfortunately, weather doesn't really have the brain capacity to willfully cooperate with us humans. However, we as humans can make adjustments as weather comes! If the weather isn't dangerous to us, or my camera gear won't get completely ruined, I am all about heading out into the elements. It's part of the memory, and can make for some beautiful photographs. If it's just not possible, and my schedule permits, we can reschedule.
